違反が確認された場合、事前の通知なくアカウントの停止・記録の削除を行うことがあります。
本アプリは無料で「現状有姿」で提供され、継続性・正確性を保証しません。サービスの変更・中断・終了、データの消失により生じた損害について、運営者は故意または重過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。
本アプリのデザイン・画像・プログラム、および「TradeJack」の名称・ロゴに関する権利は運営者に帰属します。ゲームのルールおよび「輸入ブラックジャック」という名称については権利を主張しません。トランプなどを使ってご自由に遊んだり、「輸入ブラックジャック」の名称で紹介・解説していただいて構いません。
必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約はアプリ内または本ページに掲示した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
By using the app you agree to these terms.
We may suspend accounts or remove records without notice for violations.
The app is provided free of charge "as is", without warranty of availability or accuracy. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from changes, interruptions, termination or data loss.
The design, artwork and software of the app, and the “TradeJack” name and logo, belong to the operator. We claim no rights over the game rules or the name “輸入ブラックジャック” — feel free to play with a physical deck, and to use that name when sharing or explaining the game.
We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted in the app or on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
